From April to October, reception is open 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
Keys are available from 17:00 until 19:00.
Important: It is essential to inform the establishment of your estimated time of arrival and the number of occupants per accommodation unit in order to organise your arrival as efficiently as possible. If you plan to arrive on a day when reception is closed or after reception hours, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain check-in information. Contact details will be included on your booking confirmation.
Guests must vacate their accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure. We ask that guests report to reception by the day before departure at the latest.
Out of season, a helpline is available 5 days a week only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
